I recently stayed at a lovely family-run hotel in Baunei called Goloritze. The hotel is in a great location, offering a far but stunning view of the surrounding area. The rooms were very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were fluent in English and went above and beyond to assist us, even guiding us to a fantastic restaurant for dinner. The hotel also had car parking facilities that were friendly and free of charge.

The staff is very friendly, always ready to provide tips and recommendations. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a beautiful terrace and mountain view. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with fresh and nicely presented options.

I chose Hotel Goloritzé specifically to visit the Tomba dei giganti di Osono, and I was pleasantly surprised by the assistance provided by the hotel staff in discovering the beautiful landscape of Ogliastra. The day at Goloritzé hotel began with an excellent breakfast, and the amenities such as the terrace and garden added to the overall experience.

Balconies overlook the sides of the property rather than the valley, but the town center offers ample opportunities to admire the panorama. However, the premises are beautiful, and attention to detail is evident both in the rooms and outside.

This hotel is great for adventure travelers who want to explore the surrounding area. It's in a convenient location close to everything, including the famous beach which is just a short bus ride away.
